Our 7-Step Mural Process
1) First Meet & Introduction
Quick call/video or in-person to align on wall size, deadlines, site access, prep needs, and inspiration images.
2) Mood Board Creation (~1–2 business days)
We create your first mood board to align on composition, color palette, and any additional elements. Tools we use: Pinterest, Keynote, Google Slides, or text threads.
3) Preparing the Offer (~1 business day)
You’ll receive an offer with scope, estimate, and a proposed timeline—based on the approved vision.
Standard project terms include: 1–2 minor changes during the painting process (on-wall tweaks like color balance or small motifs).
4) Negotiation Phase (flexible)
If you have a specific budget or schedule, we’ll adjust terms where possible so it works for you.
5) Design Phase (~1 week)
After e-signing, we produce 2 digital sketch variations for review.
- 1 round of updates is included.
- Additional revision rounds are at extra costs.
(If you already have exact references and placement, this phase can be skipped.)
6) Production Phase (timeline based on scope)
Actual painting on your wall (or on polytab for off-site work, then install). Clean masking, tidy site, and a protective sealer where needed.
7) Celebrating Together
Final walk-through, photos, and care notes. Touch-up kit provided when appropriate.

- Lighting: we test swatches in your real light (day vs evening).
- Photo-readability: clear shapes, balanced contrast, natural “selfie spot.”
